GROWTH
Outreach that knows who it's writing to.
Most outreach is a list, a template, and a hope. Ours starts with research: an agent builds a dossier on each prospect from public records and the prospect's own website, citing every fact. Then it drafts the first touch and the follow-ups, picks the right channel for each contact, and waits. Nothing is sent until a person approves it.
THE PROBLEM
Volume isn't the problem. Relevance is.
Here's what outreach looks like when it runs on lists instead of research:
- Sales spends hours piecing together who runs a prospect from registries, filings, and old meeting minutes, and the notes end up in one person's inbox.
- The same prospect hears from two offices, or an existing client gets prospected, because nobody checked the client list first.
- Contact details come from people-search sites and guessed email patterns, so messages bounce, and the ones that land feel invasive.
- Follow-up depends on someone remembering. A reply sits unanswered while the next automated email in the sequence goes out anyway.
WHAT WE DO
Research, drafts, follow-up. People decide what's sent.
Sourced prospect research
An agent works through public sources in a set order: state and nonprofit registries, the prospect's own website, recent minutes and newsletters, then the news. Every fact in the dossier cites the record it came from, with its date, so stale contact data reads as stale.
Buying signals
Signals in the prospect's own words, such as a change of provider, a request for proposals, or turnover on the board, surfaced with the source that shows them.
Client and territory checks
Before any research, the prospect is checked against your current client list, so you never pitch someone you already serve. Then it's matched to the office whose service area covers it.
Channel-aware drafts
A contact ladder picks the channel per person: email where there's a valid, unsuppressed address, otherwise a letter or postcard, otherwise a call script, and never a Do-Not-Call number. Personal touches use only cited facts from the dossier.
Engagement-driven follow-up
Opens, clicks, form fills, replies, bounces, and unsubscribes each trigger a fixed, explainable next step. A form fill becomes a task for a salesperson; a reply stops the sequence and hands it to a person; an unsubscribe closes every unsent draft.
Events and referrals
Invitations to trainings and open houses for prospects and current clients within a set radius of the venue. Leads one office passes on are vetted, matched to the best-fit office, and handed off with a drafted introduction.
HOW WE ENGAGE
Four phases. The research proves itself before anything is sent.
- 1–2 weeks
Playbook & Sources
A written research playbook: the public sources that apply in your market, your client list and service areas, and your suppression and Do-Not-Call lists
- 2–4 weeks
Research Pilot
- Sourced dossiers on a pilot set of prospects, reviewed with your sales team
- A source-coverage checklist per dossier showing which methods were used, replaced, or skipped
- 4–6 weeks
Guarded Outreach
Drafts and follow-ups flowing through an approval queue and into your CRM, with every send approved by a person
- ongoing
Operate
Engagement-driven follow-ups, event invitations, and referral routing, with a monthly review of the sequence rules
TECHNOLOGY
The stack, plainly: agents orchestrate, rules decide.
The model narrates and orchestrates; it never invents facts. Decisions that have to be explainable, such as who to contact, on which channel, and what happens after a click, are plain, tested code.
- Agents & models
- Claude on AWS Bedrock, driven through the Vercel AI SDK. Every search, page read, and enrichment call is recorded as a step with its sources, watchable live and replayable later.
- Research sources
- State registries and Secretary of State records, IRS nonprofit filings, the prospect's own website and PDFs, and web search through Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. People-search sites are blocked outright.
- Contact enrichment
- Lusha for business contact details, used last and only for people the public record didn't already cover. A miss is reported as a miss, never filled with a guess.
- CRM & marketing automation
- Adapters built for Salesforce and Pardot, with every call logged, for approved leads, prospects, and campaign membership.
GOVERNANCE & RISK
The rules outreach doesn't get to break.
Outreach goes out in your name. These rules are fixed, not settings:
- Nothing is sent without a person approving it. First touches, follow-ups, and invitations all wait in the same queue.
- No invented facts, names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses. An email is never guessed from a name pattern.
- No people-search sites, ever. Contact data comes from published sources and business-contact enrichment only.
- Suppression lists are re-checked just before every draft, and a Do-Not-Call number never gets a call script.
- No follow-up after a reply or an unsubscribe.
- Every fact in a dossier and every personal line in a draft cites its source.
