This is a marketing-site usage agreement, not a SaaS end-user license. Control Loop's services are delivered under separate, signed engagement agreements, which these terms do not attempt to replace.

controlloop.tech is Control Loop's marketing and informational website. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a binding proposal, or a substitute for a signed statement of work.
